1. Listing activation
Once you pay the Stripe Invoice issued after intake, your listing goes live on H.E 360. You may edit listing data through the operator dashboard, including: availability, rates by room type, photos, ring-of-care partners, policies, and other live operational data.
2. Operator obligations
- You certify that your AHCA license (or equivalent in other states) is active and in good standing.
- You commit to a 7-day response SLA on family inquiries received through the platform.
- You will keep listing data current. Stale listings may be flagged.
3. Platform rights
We may demote, suspend, or remove a listing if:
- The operator’s state license is suspended or revoked.
- The operator materially misrepresents facility data.
- The operator violates these Terms or our Terms of Service.
We will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where practicable.
4. Billing
Monthly billing via Stripe Invoicing. Anchor pricing per the published rate card; final amount per your custom package proposed at intake. Auto-renewal monthly unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation
30 days’ written notice to contact@healthcare.engineer. Proration is at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
Capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months or one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
