1. Certification
You certify the count of facilities under common ownership at the time of intake. “Common ownership” means a controlling interest by the same individual, partnership, or corporate entity across the declared facilities.
2. Discount bands
- Corporate (3–9 facilities) — −20%.
- Enterprise (10+ facilities) — −30%.
The discount is applied at invoice across applicable Standard and Verified ✓ tiers.
3. Quarterly adjustments
Counts are reviewed quarterly. Adjustments to band apply on the next billing cycle. We do not retroactively re-bill prior periods solely because a count changed.
4. Acquisitions & divestitures
You agree to notify the platform within 30 days of any acquisition or divestiture that changes the facility count, by emailing contact@healthcare.engineer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months or one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
