1. Annual commitment
Verified ✓ is an annual subscription tier. You commit to a 12-month term, renewable annually.
2. Attestation flow
You complete a 6-step attestation covering operational data, compliance status, ring-of-care partners, and live data publishing. You authorize us to cross-check attestation answers against public records and operator-published data.
3. Re-attestation
You commit to a 12-month re-attestation cycle. Failure to complete re-attestation results in downgrade to Pending Verified, then to Signed Up.
4. Revocation
We may revoke the Verified ✓ badge for material attestation inaccuracies. Revocation downgrades the listing to Pending; further inaccuracies move it to Signed Up. We will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct where practicable.
5. Badge surfacing
The Verified ✓ badge is a trust signal. It is not a gate to family contact, and it is not a regulatory endorsement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months or one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
