Find Home packs

Find Home Basic and Find Home Plus are one-time purchases. Refund rules:

  1. Full refund within 24 hours of purchase — if zero picks have been used.
  2. No refund after the first pick is used. A pick is a family-initiated inquiry sent from your account to a community.
  3. Expired pack (Day 30): data access ends; unused picks are not refundable.

Family Connect Basic

Family Connect Basic is a $10/month subscription (available when Build #3 ships). Refund rules:

  1. Cancel anytime — one-click in account settings.
  2. No proration on mid-month cancellation. You retain access through the end of the current billing period.
  3. Partial-month refunds are at our discretion, considered case by case.

How to request a refund

Email contact@healthcare.engineer with your order details:

Refund requests are processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original Stripe payment method. We do not issue refunds to a different card, account, or party than the original payer.

Operator-side billing

Operator subscriptions (Standard Listing, Verified ✓, Multi-facility, IMASQ Engagement) are issued via Stripe Invoicing under custom packages. Refund and proration terms are addressed in each operator’s service agreement and any associated Engagement Order Form. Contact contact@healthcare.engineer for operator billing questions.

Disputes and chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us directly — most issues are resolvable within a single business day. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
