1. Product
Family Connect Basic — $10/month recurring · monthly lifestyle digest about your loved one’s community life · post-admission.
2. Content scope (lifestyle only)
Activities · meals · social events · common-area photos shared by the community. No medical content. No medication information, no clinical visits, no diagnoses. Family Connect is outside HIPAA scope by design.
3. Billing & cancellation (ROSCA-compliant)
- Clear price. $10/month, disclosed at signup.
- Clear cadence. Monthly digest, monthly billing.
- One-click cancel in account settings.
- Pause available for life events (travel, hospitalization, etc.).
- No proration on mid-month cancellation. You retain access through the end of the current billing period.
4. Multi-recipient capability
Future enhancement (V1.5): multiple family members can receive the digest from one subscription. Each recipient consents at signup.
5. Privacy of content
The community shares lifestyle content with us; we format and transport that content to you. The community is responsible for what is shared and for any resident or family consent required at their facility. We do not edit content beyond formatting. We do not certify the accuracy or completeness of community-shared content.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months or one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
