1. Products
- Find Home Basic — $49 · 10 picks · 30-day data access window.
- Find Home Plus — $99 · 25 picks · priority routing · 30-day data access window.
2. Pack lifecycle
Once you purchase a pack, the following lifecycle applies:
- Active — Days 1 through 24. Full directory access, full pick allowance, full inquiry tracking.
- Expiring — Days 25 through 29. Same access; reminder emails go out.
- Expired — Day 30 onward. Data access ends. Unused picks are not refundable. You may purchase a new pack to continue.
3. Pick mechanics
A “pick” is a family-initiated inquiry sent from your account to a community of your choice. We transport the inquiry. We do not match, recommend, or steer. The community is responsible for responding directly to you.
4. Response window
Communities are asked to respond within 7 days. We track and surface the response status on your account:
- Received — community acknowledged the inquiry.
- Accepted — community is open to a conversation.
- Declined — community is not currently a fit (full, scope mismatch, etc.).
- No-response after 7 days — marked “Avoided” on our side for transparency.
This is a tracking promise, not a guarantee of community responsiveness. Family Connect Plus picks include priority routing — we surface them more visibly in operator dashboards — but we do not guarantee outcomes.
5. Refund
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if zero picks have been used. No refund after the first pick is used. Expired pack: data access ends; unused picks are not refundable. See our full Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimers
We do not place residents. We do not guarantee community availability, response, or outcome. We are not a referral service under Florida Statute 429.93. See Disclaimers for the full picture.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to a Find Home pack is capped at the greater of the amount you paid for the pack or one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
