1. Declared partners

You declare your provider partners — pharmacy, home health, hospice, physicians, rehab — that constitute the community’s working ring of care.

2. Real-relationship certification

You certify that the providers you declare are real working relationships at the time of declaration. We do not require exclusivity; we require honesty.

3. Family-facing publication

We publish your declared ring of care on the family-facing surface as part of your listing. Families use the ring to evaluate continuity of care before contacting your community.

4. Updates

You agree to update us within 30 days if partner relationships materially change (new partner added, existing partner removed, scope of relationship changed).

5. Provider-side disputes

A named provider that disputes its listing on a given community may submit a takedown request to contact@healthcare.engineer. We will review and act per a published takedown procedure (DMCA-style; full procedure deferred to counsel review).

6. Limitation of Liability

Capped at the greater of fees paid in the prior twelve (12) months or one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
