1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of H.E 360, operated by Healthcare.Engineer LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), and all of our family-side products including the public directory, Find Home Basic, Find Home Plus, and Family Connect Basic. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep your account information current.
3. Service Description
H.E 360 is a data product and marketplace. We surface assisted living facility information sourced from public AHCA records and operator-published live data. Families initiate inquiries to communities directly. We do not match, recommend, or place residents. We are not a referral service under Florida Statute 429.93.
4. Pricing
Family-side products are priced as stated at point of purchase. Current anchor pricing:
- Find Home Basic — $49 (one-time, 10 picks, 30-day data access)
- Find Home Plus — $99 (one-time, 25 picks, priority routing, 30-day data access)
- Family Connect Basic — $10/month (monthly lifestyle digest, available when Build #3 ships)
Prices may change with notice. Existing pack purchases honor the price paid.
5. Refund
See our Refund Policy. In summary: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if zero picks have been used; no refund after the first pick. Family Connect Basic: cancel anytime, no proration on mid-month cancellation.
6. Disclaimers
We provide the platform “as is.” We do not guarantee placement, response, or outcomes. Operator-published data is the operator’s responsibility for accuracy. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical or legal advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the services is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may close your account anytime by emailing contact@healthcare.engineer. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for conduct that harms other users or the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. (Arbitration mechanism deferred pending counsel review.)
