1. What we collect
When you use H.E 360 we may collect: email address, ZIP code, your search filters, your picks, the inquiries you send to communities, and basic session data (page views, clicks). For paid products, billing is processed through Stripe; we do not store payment card data — Stripe does.
2. What we don’t collect
By design, we do not collect:
- Protected health information (PHI) — no medical records, no diagnoses, no medications, no clinical visit data.
- Payment card numbers.
- Government ID numbers — no Social Security numbers, no driver’s license details.
- Real-time location — no GPS. ZIP code only.
3. AHCA data sourcing
Facility records on H.E 360 are sourced from public records published by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), refreshed quarterly. These records exist independently of our platform. Operator-published live data is the operator’s responsibility for accuracy.
4. How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the service you signed up for.
- Improve directory results and search.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, inquiry confirmations) from
contact@healthcare.engineer. - Communicate platform updates you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Right to be forgotten
You can request account deletion at contact@healthcare.engineer. On deletion we cascade-delete your personal records (notifications, favorites, picks, subscription records) and anonymize residual activity for aggregate analytics. We cannot delete AHCA-sourced public records — those exist independently of our platform.
6. Cookies
Minimal. Functional cookies (to keep you signed in and remember your preferences) plus standard analytics. No advertising cookies.
7. State-specific rights
California (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what we collect, to delete their personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so the opt-out is not applicable in practice; we still disclose it here so you know.
New York (SHIELD Act)
We maintain reasonable safeguards and will notify affected New York residents within sixty (60) days of a qualifying data breach as required by the SHIELD Act.
Other states
As we expand beyond Florida we will update this policy with state-specific overlays.
8. Children
H.E 360 is intended for use by adults (eighteen and over). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
