What H.E 360 IS
- A data product — Florida ALF directory sourced from public AHCA records plus operator-published live data.
- A marketplace — family-initiated picks, operator self-claimed listings, direct contact between parties.
- An advisory service for operators — the IMASQ engagement is quote-only, multi-month consulting.
- A subscription service for families post-admission — Family Connect Basic is a lifestyle-only digest. No medical content.
What H.E 360 is NOT
Not a referral service (Florida Statute 429.93)
We do not run a recommendation engine. We do not match families to communities. We do not take commissions on placements. All picks are family-initiated. We are a data product, not a referral service.
Not a healthcare provider (HIPAA, 45 CFR Parts 160 & 164)
We do not capture protected health information (PHI). Family Connect Basic is lifestyle-only by design: activities, meals, social events, common-area photos. No medical visits, no medications, no diagnoses, no clinical records.
Not a broker-dealer (SEC, 15 USC §78o)
Investor matchmaking conducted by Vera Assisted Living Florida LLC (a separate legal entity) is matchmaker-style consulting. We do not execute transactions, do not take custody of funds, and do not provide investment advice for compensation. Matchmaker, not broker.
Data sourcing & accuracy
Facility records are sourced from public records published by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), refreshed quarterly. Operator-published live data — availability, rates by room type, photos, policies, ring-of-care partners — is the operator’s responsibility for accuracy. We do not certify or audit operator-published data beyond the 4-state Verification ladder.
What we do not guarantee
- Placement. We do not place residents. Families contact communities directly.
- Response. The 7-day response window is a community SLA tracked by the platform; it is not a guarantee of community responsiveness.
- Outcomes. Documented outcomes referenced in IMASQ materials are illustrative case-study reference points, not promises. Results vary by facility starting state and other factors outside our control.
- Regulator endorsement. Naming a regulator (AHCA, HHSC, CDSS, DOH) describes our methodology’s alignment, not an endorsement by that regulator.
No medical or legal advice
H.E 360 is not a healthcare provider, financial advisor, or law firm. Nothing on this site or in our communications constitutes medical advice, legal counsel, or financial recommendation. For care decisions, consult licensed clinicians. For legal questions, consult your attorney.
How we describe outcomes & case studies
When we reference outcomes from a prior assisted living facility (operated by our founder, 2020–2024), the facility is referred to anonymously as “an ALF I owned and ran, 2020–2024.” We do this on purpose: the facility’s current ownership succeeded the founder’s and is independent of H.E 360. Outcomes are shown as percentage-based illustrative ranges across the five IMASQ pillars and are labeled as documented improvements, not guarantees.
How we describe the methodology
The IMASQ engagement is sold as methodology + tracked outcomes. Specific software tools used during implementation are not named in marketing — this lets implementations vary per facility without re-anchoring marketing claims.
How we describe competitors
We don’t. We define ourselves by what we are. We speak the senior’s journey and the operator’s job — not by negating other platforms.
State expansion
H.E 360 currently operates in Florida. Other states (Texas, California, New York, Pennsylvania) are planned. Each state expansion is reviewed against local regulator requirements before launch. State-specific terminology (ALF in FL, RCFE in CA, Type A/B in TX, ACF in NY) is surfaced via our Vocabulary Translator.
